Minutes – 04/14/2026

The Meeting was called to order at 9:05am
Attending: Holly Tobiason, Angie Wright, Lisa Adair & 13 Club members
Introductions:
• Holly Tobiason introduced the new Board and new members.
2025 Season Minutes:
• Reviewed & approved minutes from Sept & Oct 2025. Motion to approve by Denise McDonald. 2nd to approve by Kelly Couler. Minutes approved.
BUDGET:
• Angie reviewed the 2026 Treasurers Report based on 82 Club members. Motion to approve by Denise McDonald. 2nd to approve by Debbie Phibbs.
Report approved.
2026 Season Review:
• Website Introduction
With much thanks and appreciation to Laurie Brown, the new Club website skagitladiesgolfclub.org has been launched. Each Club member will have access to the monthly calendar, weekly game information, the membership directory and much more general Club information.
**It was suggested that meeting minutes be added to the website
• General Information:
Weekly games can now be played on Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. Scores must be turned in to the Pro Shop by Monday morning. “Live Tourney” is the preferred method of scoring. Brian will need to know if you plan on playing in the “Game of the Week” by Monday morning so he can prepare scorecards.
• SHOTGUN Starts: The 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month will be a SHOTGUN. Winners of the previous week’s games will be announced at the meeting on the 1st Tuesday.
