The Skagit Ladies Golf Club (SLGC) is committed to protecting your privacy. We take protecting your personal information very seriously and want to explain in further detail how we handle it. This Privacy Statement applies to SLGC’s website and governs data collection and usage. By using SLGC’s website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We collect information about you only when you provide it voluntarily.
We use the collected information only for the purposes for which you provided it.
We do not sell or rent our email or mailing lists to third parties.

SLGC may collect your personal information, such as your name, telephone number, email address, password, URL, log-in name, and photo in connection with your use of this site, which may include:

Membership registration
Event registration
Email inquiries and requests
Site submission forms

Except as provided herein, we will not share your contact information with other organizations for commercial or solicitation purposes except where notice is given.

Membership information can only be seen by logged in users, which is under the Membership tab.

Information Collected Through Emails: When you open an email sent by SLGC, we may receive a confirmation that you have opened the email if your email software supports such functionality. SLGC may also archive emails that we send to or receive from you.

We maintain our own email and mailing lists. SLGC employs password protection for all collected electronic data. For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All logged-in users can see their personal information on the Membership tab at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We retain this information as long as you are a member in this club.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
